1987 Served as the floor manager of Mr. Ahara's beauty salon located at Roppongi, Tokyo in Japan. 1989 Left to New York and worked in a Japanese-American salon. 1991 Opened a private room salon 「Hayato Beside」 . 1992 Opened his first shop in New York. 1994 Changed the name of his salon 「Hayato New York」. 1996 Opened 2nd branch at Nishiazabu in Tokyo. 1999 Opened 3rd branch at Aoyama in Tokyo. 2002 New York branch became 2 floors (2nd & 3rd). 2005 ・Opened 「 Hayato New York Tokyo Branch」 that Nishiazabu branch 　& Aoyama branch were combined together. ・Opened 「 Hayato New York International Academy 」 COMING PLANS 2007 Opening new branch in London ( under preparation ) For the next 12 years, Hayato is targeting projects to build in international cities, expected to run every 2years, and aiming to be globally known and build salons to be patronized worldwide.

The owner Hayato at the age of 23, was trained at Mr. Ahara's beauty salon located at Roppongi, Tokyo in Japan. Then at the age of 25 (November 1989) he left to New York and worked in a Japanese-American salon. Then year 1991, he established a private salon, called as Hayato Beside. He did a man to man service at his room. In the year 1992, at the age of 27, he opened his first salon. On that time, New York branch was introduced to American media, internet and became a talk of the mouth of New Yorkers. These days there are appointments coming 6 months ahead of the desired date. The fact that, straight perming (hair transplant reform) was invented by Japanese Salon maker which now considered as a salon's technique in the entire United States. Salon businesses manage by Japanese continues until it was recognized in New York. One of those is the Hayato New York, It's technique and service became an interesting introduction and topics around New York and internet's web site (beauty.com, cityserch.com). Many appointments come from other country. (Europe, Australia, South America, etc.) Recently, reporters from the community New York's New Yorker, fashion.com come for interviews and covered us in the cityserch.com We are chosen as one of the top 20 salon, since then we are patronized by the New Yorkers. In our shop in Tokyo, clients are coming from around the world. All of our staff are bilingual, that is why visiting us seems like you're in a foreign world, though you're in Japan. When it comes to the foreigner's hair, we can say our stylists are all experts. The reason, is that Hayato spend more than 12 years of making an international upbringing programs. All the staff, obtained 2 years work and language training at New York branch. After the training they will finally have their debut at tokyo branch as a professional hairstylist. The products and solutions we use are all imports from United States. These various products are not sold publicly and can only purchase through our salon.
