3. Pet's are not allowed.
4. For Parking Lot. No reserved park for each room, free to choose where to park (outdoor).
5. Parking fee : Yuzawa - Free of charge

6. Upon arrival please register at the Resort's Front office and ask for the room's key, ski locker's key, owner's card.
   Before leaving, please return those all at the front office. (for Izu Resort only room's key are available)
7. In case of lost key, we charge for a replacement fee.
8. In case of loosing the owner's card or parking's card, there is additional charge for reissuance fee.
9. Smoking area is only prohibited along veranda or the place where there is an exhaust fan.
10. Pillow case and sheets-Quilting putt-are available in the room. Please make sure to wash and dry after use. Rentals are also probided at the front office (towels, etc..). Make sure to return all the materiales rented at the front office.
11. Accomodated visitors are free to use the beddings. (Izu 4 sets, Nakazato 6sets)
12. Please don't leave waste materuals, separate the combustible and uncombustible garbage.
13. In case of something has been broken inside the room (electronics, tablewares,floorings, walls, etc...) please contact as soon as possible.
14. For the use of the next visitors please be sure to clean the room and wash tablewares after use.
