The reason for such expertise is that Mr. Hayato has spent more than 12 years of developing a training program for his staff. Staff obtain on the job training at Hayato New York branch for 2 years, while on training, they learn to speak in English. After completing the job training program, they will finally have their debut as a hairstylist of Hayato New York Tokyo Branch.
