As of 2005, our branches at Minami Aoyama and Nishiazabu were combined together. With the coming of the New Year, HAYATO NEW YORK TOKYO begins with a change in lifestyle.
First we can say that all the staff in our salon are bilingual and being bilingual is not the exception. Our hairstylist are all experts too, when it comes to handling the hair of foreigners. The reason for such expertise is that Mr. Hayato has spent more than 12 years of developing a training program for his staff. Staff obtain on the job training at Hayato New York branch for 2 years, while on training, they learn to speak in English. After completing the job training program, they will finally have their debut as a hairstylist of Hayato New York Tokyo Branch.
The originality of our techniques are not only based on services. One of those techniques is our shampooing method specially designed for women which offers the best relaxation for them. Through guidance of a professional massage therapist, we combined and arranged the traditional way of shampooing by giving new techniques of massaging and shampooing.
We thought of bringing the women's beauty, inside and outside to be harmonized and to look more beautiful.
Increasingly nowadays, women have become more independent and it illustrates that Japanese women aren't different from westerners. These kind of women make up most of our clients in the Tokyo branch.
HAYATO NEW YORK manage not only salons but we also manage to offer a total life coordination, which seems to be an oasis space for our clients. As part of our new services, we offer a stay (exclusive for the clients) for a very reasonable price in our resort condominium at Izu Inatoru (ocean view) and Yuzawa Nakazato (mountain side). These resorts have indoor hot springs, pool, gym, tennis court, restaurant and lots of facilities for service. Spending time near the ocean and mountains can really give us a magnificent peace of mind and eradicate the tiredness we have. For the meantime, why not try to forget the business in the city and take a rest amongst nature.
Our salons are creating more services to satisfy the needs of our clients. Every month we choose an artist to exhibit his/her works at New York and Tokyo branch. We offer these exhibits for the enjoyment of our clients. Looking at the works in our shop, it seems to be a gallery, full of exhibitions.
